The latest edition of the Luxury Portfolio International™ Magazine is now available on newsstands across the US and Europe and will soon reach the shores of South Africa, and is also being offered online. The publication, produced biannually by the real estate network Luxury Portfolio International™, focuses on spectacular homes and trends in luxury living.
This issue examines the emotional appeal of stunning photography, addressing how it can be utilized to successfully market luxury homes in various mediums, including print, social media and online platforms.
The magazine also showcases an impressive selection of extraordinary properties from around the globe, including the celebrity homes of actor Mark Wahlberg, former Major League Baseball pitcher John Smoltz, film director Joel Schumacher and designer Nate Berkus. A number of luxury South African homes are advertise alongside these homes through Jawitz Properties.
Readers also will preview three remarkable private islands and an extensive selection of over a hundred luxury homes throughout the world. In addition, the magazine offers the latest luxury trends and tips from notable designers and an article examining the pioneering architects who became known for their contemporary design as The New York Five.
The magazine is distributed to affluent consumers through Luxury Portfolio's network in more than 30 countries and is sold on newsstands in over 50 countries. It also will be distributed at the International Symposium hosted by Luxury Portfolio International™ in Lisbon, Portugal this October.
