I am Heidi van der Walt and I specialise in rental management and Body Corporate management.
My career in Real Estate started in 2005 as a receptionist, becoming bored with this I also started selling properties while doing admin.
I started doing full time rentals since 2014, been in the property industry for 13 years.
I worked at various property companies and learned a lot. I specialize in the rental of townhouses and flats all around Bloemfontein.
Everyday I meet different kinds of people and that makes my career very interesting. I believe in "work hard, play hard".
I love the outdoors and sports. My son is a big in all kind of sports and that is where you will usually find me on weekends, next to a sport field or maybe camping somewhere next to a river.
