We ensure the secure collection of the deposit and first month’s rental prior to occupation, and arrange independent ingoing and exit inspections with detailed reports issued to both landlord and tenant.
Procurement & Asset Management:
Our full procurement and asset management service offers complete peace of mind by including all procurement services together with comprehensive ongoing management. Deposits are invested in accordance with Rental Housing Act requirements, while monthly invoicing, statements, and rental collections are handled on your behalf. We manage account payments and landlord disbursements, provide continuous landlord-tenant liaison, coordinate maintenance and repairs, and oversee lease compliance, including the management of arrears, defaults, and any lease breaches.
