Please note the following:

Bedrooms are furnished with a single bed, built in cupboards, blinds and a desk. You will have to bring your own bedding and chair.

The kitchen, lounge and bathrooms are shared, for every 3 bedrooms there are 2 bathrooms. The kitchen has a stove, oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and a washing machine. Please note no cutlery, crockery or pots.

The lounges are furnished with couches and a TV for your enjoyment.

I am excited to share the details of our student/professional's accommodation located in the vibrant area of Ravensmead, where you'll find takeaways, restaurants, and shopping malls just a stone's throw away for occupation from now. Our property features 6 furnished bedrooms downstairs with 4 bathrooms, as well as 2 lounges, a kitchen, and a dining room equipped with a large table for studying.

1 month deposit, one month rental upfront / R350.00 per person credit check / Admin fees - R1,750.00

Upstairs, there are 3 additional bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a lounge, and a small kitchenette for your convenience. The bathroom and kitchen facilities are shared, while the lounge area offers a comfortable space for relaxation. Since the house is fully furnished, all you need to bring are your clothes, toiletries, and groceries.

Included in the rental are water and WIFI, plus 2 times a week cleaning of the kitchens, bathrooms and lounge.

Additionally, we offer safe parking for your vehicle (only 1 per room). No visitor parking inside

In 2025, we plan to add braai facilities; however, you are welcome to bring your own as well.
