Price includes water, and electricity is pre-paid. Bedding and linen are provided; however, guests need to bring their own beach towels, (laundry for tenant's responsibility). Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but you would be able to smoke on the patio/braai room area. One carport available behind remote gates. This unit is within easy walking distance to the beach.
