Office Space 3 Sqm to 14 Sqm. From R4 660 p/m to R6 500 p/m.
SHARED SERVICES. Receptionist (will receive visitors, operate the telephone switchboard, take messages, receive packages etc).
Coffee and Tea station including consumables for Lessee’s (visitors to be limited to avoid abuse).
Cleaning lady (wash dishes, clean the bathrooms, kitchen and general areas, windows and vacuum once a week).
All cleaning materials, toilet paper etc. will be supplied by the Lessor.
Security and alarm system with armed reaction. Each lessee will be able to arm/disarm his own office and the general area if he/she needs access after-hours.
Use of consultation room at any time subject to availability. Receptionist will make rules if necessary.
Use of boardroom and equipment on a pre-booking basis. Every lessee will be entitled to 3 {Three) hours per month free of charge for each office they rent. Thereafter an hourly rate will be charged.
Printing to the printing station. A charge per copy will apply and will be added to the monthly invoice.
Secure fibre internet for emails and normal office use. No movie or music streaming will be allowed.
Wi-Fi in the office.
Landline telephone in each office.
Server room with independent temperature control for use by Lessee to accommodate servers and switches.
Equipped Kitchen with basic crockery, fridge, microwave oven, etc.
Water purifier installed in the Kitchen and water chiller in reception area.
