All our Portfolio Managers are registered with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) and hold a valid Fidelity Fund Certificates (FFC) and attained their NQF4. Furthermore, they have passed either the Sectional Titles Management Diploma or Homeowners' Association Diploma, accredited by the University of Cape Town, Faculty of Law.
