I’m Yolandi La Grange, passionate about property and dedicated to exceptional service.

I have been in the real estate industry since 2017, and in 2020, my husband Hugo and I took a bold step by opening Jawitz Properties Western Seaboard—right after the challenges of COVID. Through hard work and determination, we expanded our reach in 2023 by launching our West Coast office, allowing us to better serve clients across the region.

After welcoming our baby in 2023, I shifted my focus from sales to company operations, ensuring the smooth running of both branches. I also oversee the entire rental portfolio for our franchises, ensuring efficient and effective property management.

In 2024, I proudly completed my NQF5 qualification, further strengthening my expertise in real estate management. My passion lies in fostering a strong, service-driven team and mentoring new Property Practitioners. At Jawitz Properties, we believe in family, teamwork, and going the extra mile for our clients—whether in sales or rentals.
