Branch Manager - Jawitz Properties Western Seaboard & West Coast

I’m Yolandi La Grange, passionate about property and dedicated to delivering exceptional service.

My real estate journey began in 2017, and in 2020—right after the challenges of COVID—my husband Hugo and I took a bold leap by opening Jawitz Properties Western Seaboard. Fueled by determination, a shared vision, and a love for the industry, we steadily grew our presence and, in 2023, proudly expanded with the launch of our West Coast office. This move allowed us to extend our reach and serve even more clients with the care and professionalism they deserve.

A significant highlight came in 2025 when our office was awarded 3rd place nationally for Highest Unit Sales and 3rd place for Highest Rand Value across the Jawitz network—an achievement that reflects the dedication and excellence of our entire team.

Following the birth of our baby boy in 2023, I transitioned from direct sales to overseeing company operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of both our branches. I also head up our rental division, managing the full rental portfolio with a focus on consistency, service excellence, and client satisfaction.

In 2024, I proudly earned my NQF5 qualification in real estate, further solidifying my knowledge in property management and operations. Beyond the day-to-day, my passion lies in cultivating a strong, service-driven team and mentoring new Property Practitioners as they grow their careers.
