Until recently I dedicated myself to launching new startup franchises for a renowned international Real Estate Brand, capitalizing on my 15+ years of Real Estate industry expertise. My mission was to drive innovation and transformation within the Real Estate sector, continually experimenting with fresh concepts that align with current market trends.
As a Manager responsible for leading a team of 60+ Agents in Sandton and Randburg, I was committed to empowering them for peak performance, removing any obstacles that might impede their success. Leveraging my extensive background as a Qualified Property Professional with a proven track record, I shared my knowledge and skills to elevate their proficiency in Residential Rentals, Residential Sales, Negotiation, Sellers, Buyer Representation, Customer Service, and General Sales.
My educational foundation is grounded in Real Estate, by achieving both NQF4 & NQF5 status with further qualifications in Human Resource Management and Marketing Management, earned from the University of South Africa. I am driven to make a lasting impact in the Real Estate industry.
In my personal life I enjoy physical challenges and have completed several international endurance activities, like The ABSA Cape Epic MTB Race & The 70.3 Half Ironman.
