I’m Paul Labuschagne, a Property Practitioner at Jawitz Properties Western Seaboard. My experience covers a broad range of property, from residential and high-end homes to commercial, industrial, industrial retail, development land, smallholdings and agricultural property. Over the past few years, my focus has expanded beyond traditional residential property. I work closely with clients on commercial and industrial property, development opportunities, zoning, land-use and land conversions, helping clients understand what can potentially be done with a property and what factors need to be considered before making a decision. I’m also a Property Auction Specialist, working with sellers and buyers across residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural property. Auctions provide another route to market, and I assist clients through the process from the initial assessment and marketing through to the auction and transaction. My background in banking, wealth management and financial planning has also given me a strong understanding of numbers, investment and risk. I use that experience together with my property knowledge when looking at acquisitions, sales, development opportunities and investment properties. I believe property is about more than simply putting a property on the market. It’s about understanding the property, the area, the market, the zoning, the potential and ultimately what makes sense for the client.
