Donna-Lee really is a 'wizard'. She managed to secure a beautiful apartment on my behalf, and did it in just about no time at all. Communication throughout the process was smooth, and having her help made my application almost effortless. The apartment viewing was also a lovely experience. There was no overselling of the place, and the whole interaction was professional and friendly.  Thanks again Donna-Lee for all the hard work over the past two weeks. I am wanting to buy an apartment of my own in the next year or so, and will definitely get in touch again soon.

I came across Donna-Lee Nieman's contact details on the Private Property website. She was listed as an agent for a rental property which I was interested in, in the Cape Town City Centre. It was my first time searching for a property to rent myself. Donna-Lee responded to the message I sent her enquiring about the property I was interested in very promptly. She even took the time to accept multiple telephone conversations, where she understandingly and in a lot of detail explained every aspect that I queried and worried about. She advised me accordingly and coordinated a viewing for me once I arrived in Cape Town. She arrived on time, was very prepared and coordinated the viewing to showcase the property in a very appealing manner.   Due to personal reasons, I was not able to commit to the rental property, even though I had every intention to do so. I would like to commend Donna-Lee on her professionalism, her kindness and lovely character. It was her priority to place me in a property I loved, and I was thrilled to be in, it appears to be a passion of hers to help people find their places. I believe that is something that makes her an asset to any company. I wish her the very best on any other endeavour she may undertake and trust that she will display the same focus and kind and positive character.
