Dave entered the world of real estate in 1990 in Natal, working in the community that he had grown up in. He was actively involved in the community, not only chairman of the Old Boys Association but was also voted onto the high schools governing body of New Forest High.
A change in direction in 1995 saw Dave moving to Gauteng to work in the FMCG industry for several years starting at the bottom rung and worked himself up to a Sale Manager diversifying into key accounts and price negotiations at national level with all major retailers.
In 2015, with 25 years of life & sales experience, Dave re-joined the real estate world with the firm belief that the "Customer is King". Dave does not compromise his principles that drive his business. It is a well-known fact that selling and buying a property can be a complex, expensive and time consuming process which relies on open & clear communications, great negotiation skills, and good management.
Dave surpasses his client's expectations and is always prepared to go above & beyond the norm and will never cut corners to achieve a rushed sale. What matters most to Dave is getting the job done as effectively and efficiently as possible whilst listening and adhering to the customer's needs.
