I would like to acknowledge the most incredible person we were fortunate enough to have cross our path several months ago, who has helped us in our 2-year journey to find our perfect home in Linden.   Colleen has been the ultimate professional from the time Erin sent a message on Property 24, until the time the transfer went through. Not only was Colleen available to open up and show us the property, Colleen even arranged a morning viewing in the early stages to allow us to feel the morning sun in the rooms. Colleen also introduced us to a bond originator who managed to take care of all the quotes with the banks and also secured us an incredible rate. We are eternally grateful to Colleen for taking us through this process and saving us money at the same time. It gets better, Colleen then introduced us to an insurance company that also offered us a full comprehensive quote on building insurance etc. This too was out of her scope of work yet gave us additional financial saving and great cover at the same time.   In the process of the offer, approvals and the entire transfer process, Colleen was on the ball with daily, weekly updates as to the status. This was so refreshing.   Upon occupation, the house was ready, safe and is now our perfect dream home. All parties are happy. They say moving can be one of the most stressful things in life. We have had the privilege of dealing with your Company during the sale of our property in Linden. In 2018 when we initially decided to move to a retirement village, we contacted Colleen Tappin.  She offered to do an evaluation of our property, after which we started looking for a suitable village to move to. During Covid, we found what we wanted, and put our names on a waiting list.
