I am passionate about two things. Dealing with people and making their Real Estate dreams come true.

Being a Property Professional has afforded me the opportunity to enjoy every day doing the things I love: selling property, managing my business and developing people, not only my small team of successful and dedicated staff but also the community at large.

I started my real estate career in 2003. I'm a qualified Property Practitioner and currently Principal of a National Franchise Estate Agency in Wilderness since 2013.
I have built up extensive knowledge in the local real estate market, combined with years of experience and finely honed my negotiation skills. Along with my attention to detail, I have developed my ability to assist and guide purchasers and sellers through the entire sales process with professionalism and sound ethical values.

My repeat client portfolio is testimony to the successful business I have built. At its core, are the established long-term relationships built on trust with clients from all over the world. Many of these have gone on to become friends who continue to enrich my life and who have become part of the memory bank of enriching experiences.

My creativeness has been spurred on through my love for real estate, and this is reflected in the remodelling, renovating, landscaping and decorating that goes hand in hand with maximising the potential of every property that I encounter. Whether this has been in my personal or professional capacity as a consultant, it has afforded me an ever-growing portfolio of successful operational luxury seafront Guest Houses in Wilderness.

It was during lockdown in April 2020 that my husband and I first got to know Madelyn.  We had been searching for a house in the Wilderness, Hoekwil area and came across a house in Hoekwil.  We were very interested in the house, and even though it meant that Madelyn had to go and take videos of the house inside and out to send to us as we were not able to travel down to come and look at houses, Madelyn went the extra mile and took loads of photos and videos to send to us.  Madelyn was very honest with us about the flaws in the house and even gave us the number of a builder that we could speak to about the flaws, everything that she did she was up front and very honest.  Madelyn helped us through the whole process of buying the property over the phone.  We only saw the property for the first time on the 29th of  September 2020 and it was everything and more that what Madelyn had promised.  I would only recommend Madelyn to assist with the buying of a property in this area, she is honest and is a person of her word and goes above and beyond to ensure that her clients are satisfied.  We have become very good friends and to this day Madelyn helps and assists us with getting to know people and the area.  Thank you Madelyn for helping us find our forever home and for being such a beautiful person.
