With the process of selling my property finally having come to an end, a very big and heartfelt thank you is in order.   It was not an easy property to sell yet from the start you were confident that you would find a buyer and your certainty encouraged me to be confident too. Your unwavering positivity was enhanced by your uncompromising professionalism. Everything was done by the book, no hand shakes or empty promises by potential dodgy leads were tolerated by you which in the long run protected me from inevitable hassles and frustrating setbacks.   Very early in the process I felt comfortable to trust you based on your no nonsense work ethic. In challenging times with Covid-19 and the unavoidable administrative delays, you were calming and understanding when frustration got the better of me on more than one occasion.   You stayed on top of every step of the process, requesting up dates from other parties involved to make sure no one was wasting unnecessary time and that the process stayed its course. I never once felt that I needed to remind anyone that something still needed to be done. I don't know how you managed that with all the other sales you had going at the same time.   You always got back to me, even if you could not answer a call, you would always get back to me. Not once did I ever have to call you twice. That meant a lot.   You have been nothing less than the absolute best, balancing your determined and focused business side with your human and understanding side when your client needed it, this is a very difficult thing to achieve and yet it seemed to come so naturally to you.   From the bottom of my heart, thank you. For everything. You are an exceptional estate agent and I could not have imagined going through this sale with anyone else.
